Does any have any real expirience with Classic Core?

Elprofe is correct. There are many to choose from in the US. While I have imported a few, it is much more hassle and only worth it if you are saving a bundle (unlikely) or find a one-off oh-so-special Mini (again unlikely). There's a good selection in the US unlike it was ten, or so, years ago. Buying remotely is risky and I'd guess half of buyers get less than expected. UK owners have a different perception of rust than US owners. Their "little bit of surface rust" can be an American's nightmare.

I buy from Classcore in 05
I bought from classcore in 05 is was a very good experience. However, I was in Germany and took a German spec cooper to Ian to rebuild. I took it to him in May of 05 it took a while for me to get the car in Charleston. The car was in perfect condition when I received it. I bought the car for about 4,000 and then had the work done for about another 4,500. It cost an additional 2,000 for shipping and import. There were not issues with customs - I had is registered in Louisiana with a title company.
I agree with the others - There is not substitute for seeing it up close - Ian does great work!! Takes his time and had good pricing. I look at his web site ever so often and see what he has currently. He has long standing import business into the US - I wouldn't be afraid of getting one of his cars. I have attached a picture taken right after I got it home. Another one that is more recent. I trust this helps. . .
