I always use a 6 ft x 10 ft footprint rule.

so a 6 x 10 trailer will fit one Mini (with 10" wheels) then. Good to know. What about a Uhaul car trailer? Or does it need to be a flat bed style?

MiniVespa, You still need some extra length to tie down your car. In a box trailer that would be a pretty tight fit. People do it, but I don't know how. My trailer is probably overkill, but it does the trick.

I got mine home on a U-hual dolly.
About a 5 hour drive.

Is it a project car?
Heck, if you are ever up in Pensacola, John's the owner of the 1992 and he works at Mini of P'Cola. You'll have to stop by and see it.

Ahh, so he's the one that owns the yellow Classic. I saw it the other day on Davis Hwy. Glad to see a classic here in PCola. I've owned 2 in the past and the wife has just approved me to get another Classic. Is there a local MINI/Mini club here in PCola? Hopefully will have another Classic in the next month or so.

(sorry for the thread jack)

You bet. go to www.sunshineminis.org
The P'Cola branch is the Panhandle branch. Go on and sign in (free). We'll be having a April meet at some point. Lots of fun. Past Feb. we had a cram the ferry meet at Ft. Morgan to Dauphin Island. Had about 30 Mini's. Lots of fun and good folks.
Glad to have ya.
My name is Dave by the way.
