All is great on this end... my best friend's wedding is next Saturday and I'm so excited I can't stand the wait. Hubby has his 3 month anniversary from his surgery and is able to dance again and we will be on hte dance floor all night celebrating!

I'm off to get a pedi now...

 

Lighter fluid - like zippo refill fluid. Seriously. Helped get my old stripe sticky gunk off when I changed out my stripes.

 

Really??!! I was successful at getting it off...a Metal Paint Scaper and my Blow Dryer!! BUT...I took off some of the License Plate Coating as well, you can't tell the difference. I just might have to get a new License Plate when I re-new her Tabs next Year.

Surprisingly, no. If you think about it, the chemicals in lighter fluid form the basis of the "Goo Gone" and such like stuff that is supposed to get gunk off. I was hesitant about it (and just about elbow-greased my arm off without it) until a friend who was helping me put my "new" stripes on used it. MAGIC!!!

I made the mistake of "Spilling the Beans" when Hubby got home from work. I had a Taco Bell Cup in my hand...he didn't even notice. Well we went to Dinner and drove by some Landscapers who were down the road, we passed them and I (stupidly) said..."they were here earlier..." well that gave it away...Doh!!!

TNMM- I haven't been watching the news for a long time but WOW!!! I hope that you're ok. I'm also not on FB either ( I know... such a loser, right?!?). So, I can't see any of the pics. But of course if you need a rescue I think we can figure something out.

RJ- Hope to not see you around here so much anymore. Because of course this will mean that you are out and ENJOYING your Molly! It's no fun being stuck. Glad you're getting a bit of freedom back. Feels great doesn't it!

If UHOH says the lighter fluid works then do the lighter fluid. She knows what she's talking about. And she can pee in a field without crying about it... (unlike this little hothouse flower )

It's just that time of year again where I get super busy in the office. I've been preparing for another trip out to the field...in fact, I was supposed to fly out on wednesday but weather issues keep causing delays with our pilot's schedule. Looks like he's looking at taking me out there on sunday now.
