You are correct and yes i'm thinking at least a couple days "vacation" they want me to start right away. If i email him this weekend they will want me to start monday.
But the other stuff you said, new frineds and lots of chocolate, go conversation, yes that was all fun, and more importantly, I got to see my dad more.
My dad is very sick and it was the days that i was feeling my worst, when i would go hang with dad and i would feel better that i had that extra time with him. so yes there was some good that came from this...
Oh and the cooking dinner is over now!!! Hubby's job again, I will bake on weekends again but no more valcano cupcakes...
and yes i think i gained a couple pounds.... imagine that!

yes spending time with my dad always puts a smile on my face. he has alzheimers and it is progressing quickly, so every little minute is a blessing.

thanks, i never look back an think there is a reason for everything. With my old company it was a matter of circumstances all falling at the wrong time...

BigNorm - That's an amazing tattoo Talk about a piece of art - I can't believe how real it looks in the picture. You must have a pretty high pain tolerance for something like that! How's the car? I assume the new tattoo parlor (if that is the right word) is working out well for you! You need to stick around more - I pick up my painted shell today and I know that as I start reassembly as it warms up here in MI there will be lots of questions coming as it has been a while since I took it apart!

The florida gang - How did everyone make out with the cold weather. I have a friend in Canada that was in FL last week for some R&R and a winter warm up - haven't heard from him yet! My mother-in-law is in Ormond Beach (near Daytona). A little cold weather can do a lot of damage.

My wife and I went to see "Spamalot" last night. You can tell the economy around Detroit has severely hurt the theatre productions. It was sad to see the turn out so far off - especially given it was a Friday night. I love Monty Python and they did a great job on Spamalot. For a touring company they were great - Richard Chamberlain was King Arthur!

Its 42 and sunny here in MI (woooooo hooooooo ) - lots of thawing going on. Contractors are quoting our ceiling and tile repair this morning. Hopefully get back to normal soon.

I was thinking of two things--the toy that is a steering wheel on a small dash, & a driver's ed car that has a steering wheel for the instructor to take over. The images just flashed in my head when MtyMous said that about his girlfriend. My mind works in strange ways sometimes, but it's entertaining for me!

In Panama City FL it's currently a nice 61 degrees, with a high today of 69. WOOHOO!!! Going to get out there & enjoy some of this Florida Sunshine!!!

OKMINI: I'm here...lol....the new place we live has no wired internet, so we are using a anywhere wireless...so internet activity has come to a as need basis....as far as my pain tolerance....I HATE GETTING TATTOO'D...lol....i dont mind giving them, but getting them is another story.....tattoo shop is slow and im struggling to find more work, but i'll figure it out.......PM me if you have any questions when putting your car back together....it's easy to rip it all apart but putting it back together can be tricky

Hey guys!! Petey is much improved!! he truly didn't bounce back until late last night, he still shivers and walks a little pinched towards his flanks but he looks much brighter. He actually went on a few errands with the husband today,,,, It took him a FULL week to recover,,,jeez. He will be on antibiotics for another 10 days and hopefully this is the end of a bad bug.

I, on the other hand am sick,,, and bummed becasue I was hosting a party tonight and had to cancel it. I keep asking Pete if he passed his bug onto me!! actually I had a client come to me sick last Friday and boom I was sick by Tuesday,.,...great, thank you very much....
I will catch up later on, I am enjoying napping on the couch and watching Flip This House and Sell This House, I really enjoy those shows.
It's up to 45 degrees here and it's to be even warmer by tomorrow, hopefully I be able to enjoy some of it.

We went to see "He's Just Not That In To You". Pretty good movie. I laughed a lot. It's not a traditional chick flick. But there are definitely parts for both sexes.

LOL I did that when other people would drive my Mini. I'm the only one who drives her now. I won't let my boyfriend drive her. LOL.

 

What of my landscaping that didn't die in the freeze a couple weeks ago died this past two days. The only thing that didn't die is the weeds.
