I didn't realize that you are in the DC area. As I pm'ed you, I might be interested, but you need to know that I dremeled mine to take the lower aero grill.

 

I obviously have an aero upper grille, so, that actually works out perfect (as long as you leave the aero piece installed in the lower). The only things that need to swap over are the foglights or fog blanks...the side marker lights are the same and I had to trim mine a bit to squeeze in (the interior mounting tabs).
