Yucca. The store lists that it does include two mounts but only one microball head. I'm not too familiar with these so would that mean only one would have the ability to move on the mount? While the other can only stay in one position?

The micro-ball head is only one one of them, but the cameras themselves do have rotating mounts, so you can do a lot with the one that does not have the micro ball head. I'm pretty sure that head is an easily available small part from most any camera shop.
