Blinder M25 Extreme Laser Jammer

I purchased three of the Blinder M25 Extreme laser jammers but only installed them on two of my cars. I have one extra one new in the box. It was purchased within the last month directly from Blinder. I did considerable research before I bought this. Tests have shown this to be the best laser jammer on the market.

The unit is sold by Blinder dealers for $429. I'll sell this one for $350. Check out www.usblinder.com, www.radartest.com, www.radarbusters.com and www.speedzones.com.

Not really....My Mini is for sale which is why I don't need the third jammer. I don't need any Mini parts.

Two little transmitter type things are mounted on the front of the car. I was able to hide them in the grill of my other cars and used double faced tape. They also come with brackets. There is then a box that mounts in your car. The hardest part is getting the wire through the firewall, but on the Mini its easy because you use the grommet that is there for a boost gauge install.

The manual is on the blinder website.

Everything I've read says they do. Check out the links in my post above. There have been many independent tests. Some work. Some don't. www.guysoflidar.com is a good site too.

actually, the laser based units are better than LED, but Blinder is still a good option

that's why you get an LPP that also works as a park distance controller "What jammer? That's my parking system (PDC in the MINI)"

What do you mean by laser based units? The only one I've ever seen with better test results is the laser interceptor, but it is expensive and harder to get in the states. I've also heard that the unit used in the test was different than the regular production unit.

Thinking about getting the M40 soon! How does the M25 compare?

K40 and Blinder are LED. Laser Interceptor and the Laser Pro Park (LPP) are laser diode based (same as the lidar itself). LI is hard to get, the LPP is widely available (UK based and US and Canadian distro).

With so many tests out there you don't know who to believe, but the Blinder did better than the Pro Park in the guysoflidar.com test. I was more comfortable with it because of the US distributor.

The M40 has 4 transceivers and is more for larger vehicles. The M20 and M25 have 2. They upgraded from the M20/M40 series to the M25/M45 series. My understanding is that the 25/45 somehow runs on 16 volts instead of 12.

many of the sites are owned by the parties selling the devices, so, yes, there's no independent assessment really.

the Blinder and LPP has US distro...K40 is known to be crap and LI as said is hard to get here (made in Croatia last I heard).

Still for sale.

Been doing some reading and it seems the diode models like the LPP are prone to burning out.
