I've got a boot mat from my convertible that I'm ready to part with, but so far have been unable to definitively ascertain whether there's a difference in the boot mat for the convertible and hardtop. Here's a couple photographs of mine:

 

It looks like it is shaped differently on the back corners (the top corners in your photo). Mine don't dip in like that on the sides.

 

'verts have a different-shaped boot area from the non-verts.

The rubber mat for the non-vert MINIs doesn't have the extended angle at the bottom of the mat where it meets the boot hatch.

The boot mat for the non-vert MINIs have straight-edges on all four sides.
