FS: CF dash kit

I have a brand new Carbon Fiber dash kit for 05-up Cooper. Will work with Auto or stick cars and with or without heated seats. $200 shipped. Pieces have self adhesiving backing.

These are attached with an adhesive backing...already on the pieces. You basically clean the area you are going to install at with alcohol, then place dash cover on the location. I used to install these, so here is a tip for whomever gets this. Start your car and turn the defrosters on, and let them heat up. Then, place the individual pieces of the kit over the defroster vents (be careful of small pieces or you will never see them again). This will soften the pieces to make them plyable and east to install. Be careful, as they get really hot and hold heat. Install each piece one by one and don't rush. Pretty straight forward.

Why is there a MINI logo/wing shape cut out? Does it have to do with the airbag?

no....the airbag is on the upper part os the dash. they did that because of the contour of the dash panel. the cf piece would flex near the vent being the way its curved.

Heres some of your own medicine. You can get these dash overlays on EBAY for 150.00. They look better than yours and are cheaper too !!! The dash overlays dont have the mini cut out on the glove box panel as " That looks choppy" I would look else where for an over lay .

excuse me? all i said was the item you were selling doesnt fit 05-06 cars. read the rules of the site before you mouth of to me.

FYI....If you also saw the pictures they showed,you would of seen those kits arent for the 05-up cars. It says 02-03 all over it.
