Heinzelmannchen Brewery Tour, Tasting, and Lunch...

Whether you're into birch, roots, or hops and barley, this is going to be a fun trip. Join us as we head out to scenic Sylva, NC for a tour and taste at Heinzelmannchen Brewery, then over to Mill and Main Restaurant, where Heinzelmannchen's owner/brewmeister Dieter Kuhn will be our guest for lunch. This is a great opportunity to grab some brew for the swap! If beer isn't your thing, Dieter also cooks-up a mean Old-Fashioned Root Beer, and Autumn Red Birch Beer. And big thanks to Professor Zoom for his helpful insights from last year's drive.

More info and registration HERE.

FYI:

If you can't make the drive, I'm planning to bring back some root beer for Snooter, and would be more than happy to do the same for anyone interested. Root beer, birch beer, growler, whatever (no kegs ). I'm thinking 20 items would be a reasonable limit. I'll hook up with everyone prior to the drive to take their final order (and cash). Prices are on the Heinzelmännchen website.

Just post here, or shoot shoot me an EMAIL

Nate

SylvaCAM

This is pretty cool. It even allows you to take a snapshot, which would make for an interesting group photo or a really clever place to poke your tongue at family/friends/coworkers

Anymore space for this event? It looks like 31 on the site, room for three more?

Oh, and I have been before, got my growler ready!

Would love to go but it's full up. That sounds like a wonderful time.

If possible, could you pick up two half gallons of root beer please? I'll be arriving in Robbinsville on Thursday afternoon. Let me know where we can meet up so I can pay you for them.

Thanks in advance.

Hope everyone has a great time... We had a great time leading the group last year and will miss seeing the gnome- our two growlers will remain empty until the next time can get there.

Tink made it a cheaper trip, everyone was concerned that she couldn't make it.
