So, I read the title, and I thought you were offering free luxury accommodations for us procrastinators...

So, in that spirit, if anyone has any 'not so free, not so luxury' accommodations for one (and one lightly packed MINI), i'd be veeeery willing to claim it. I can couch surf, tent, or otherwise.

thanks!

Hee hee!

Keep an eye on the boards, there have been some posts from people cancelling their reservations.

I made it to the dragon for the last 2 years... only signed up for one thing each year (chili cook off!). Never even registered.

So for all of you last minuters... there's always a porch to sleep on and there will be plenty to do. I found that quite a few people would rather hang out than have a schedule of events that start early and go late.

To each their own.

One of the things I love best about the Dragon is that there is time for a lot of everything - going on drives, just relaxing and hanging out and going to scheduled events. I personally enjoy doing all of the things the Dragon experience has to offer. There's something for everyone at a variety of times. You can customize the weekend to be whatever is just right for you.

Regardless of wanting to just hang out or go to scheduled events or a wonderful combination of both - I would like to extend a HUGE personal THANK YOU to all the volunteers who have worked so hard to add to the choices we have at the Dragon! THANK YOU for all your hours of hard work and pouring your hearts into everything you do. THANK YOU for giving all the extra time that I am sure you don't have to spare. THANK YOU for helping to make the Dragon such a special and anticipated event. You are all too awesome for words!

And a special THANK YOU to Mark and Sam at NAM - THANK YOU for all your hard work and for working with all the volunteers. MOTD is a fantastic event that requires a tremendous amount of time and effort. THANK YOU for all you do.

Sincerely,
Pamala
