A Dragon Request

Hey gang.

Even though I've been on NAM for about forever, and this will be my second time at the Dragon, and so on, I've never actually gotten to ride in a JCW or even a car with a pulley mod.

So, who wants to volunteer to take me for a ride sometime on Friday or Saturday?

I have a non-JCW MCS, with intake/exhaust/15% pulley and some suspension stuff....nothing too crazy, but I'd be more than willing to let you ride along.

Yellow,
Hopefully we're still good for sharing the campsite (I'll PM you separately), but I'm having a 17% pulley installed in the cabrio at MOTD . . . so you'll definately get to at least try that.

If you just make a little sign out of posterboard that says "Will trade beer for JCW ride" and wear it around your neck, you'll be very popular at MOTD.

That sounds like a plan!

And yeah, we are still on for the campsite sharing...I'll call and get the campsite info tomorrow and PM it to you.

I have a bone stock '06 MCS JCW. I always say rides are free. I'm camping at Fontana, if thats where your staying.

Of course this is my first time to the dragon so I might scare myself more than show you the performance of the car.

Mmmmm, breakfast. That sounds good. We'll be camping too.

I'll get the bonfire ready so we can sit around and BS after dark.

YellowMiniS - I'm also happy to offer a ride if you are interested... full JCW (just check my sig heh). I also have Schroth harnesses so you won't slide around too much.

Just promise me you'll give me plenty of warning if you need to vomit, so I can pull over in time.

(OK, so maybe I am missing a few JCW bits... the seats and spoiler are still on my list...)

Cool... I might just be the guy begging a breakfast. I'm in a RV site, Red/White, with PA plates. (The car, not me. )

I'm not doing the autocross this year. I will do enough of them during the rest of the year, and I don't want to take a whole day out of my trip to the Dragon.

(Plus, I'm getting stripes installed Saturday morning!)

I'll be staying in cabin 920 or I'll be making popcorn at the Drive-In movie

A strong JCW
Just like EDGE "I also have Schroth harnesses so you won't slide around too much."

I'm going to make a post about that.

If you bring your breakfast foods, you can certainly use my electric griddle.

I can't bring enough eggs and bacon for 800, though!
