[sarcasm]Very constructive[/sarcasm].
In case you haven't read the threads the organizers of that event are already working on a bigger location with more tables. Lest ye forget this was the first year for that event and they took a gamble putting it on and bearing all the costs.

I would like to plan/help with group drives next year too. I thought about it this year, but since I am in central PA the thought of making a "official" group run on roads I don't know seemed way to intimidating. That probably scared quite a few people off from getting groups together. If 200 MINIs show up I'd be screwed! :impatient Would it be possible to have a "MINIature group run" category in the event planner, where first 25 cars fills it up? Maybe that would keep people from being intimidated about running a giant event?
There are ways to limit the size of the event (we launched 3 drives of 30 cars each with mostly pre-registered cars to keep a control on the size but we let 5 last-minute signups in on each group too). https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=64311
PM 'Snooter' here on NAM for ways to help with drives next year... things are already in the works and an extra hand for planning, leading, driving or directing traffic would always be appreciated.

The scavenger hunt was clearly meant to get more people to visit more vendors. It started out working way too well on me, as I found myself buying, or placing orders, at three of the first four places I visited. The fourth was Lucky Dog, and they get thousands of my dollars even without giving me a free stamp.
I wonder how vendors would feel about doing it again. On one hand they get more traffic, which translates to more business, while on the other hand, the lines of folks wanting nothing but stamps was clearly annoying to many vendors and even more scavenger hunters.
