Is anyone and ER nurse that helped a downed biker?
I've been asked by a friend of mine to attempt and track down an ER nurse that helped a biker that went down during our latest dragon event . The only description I have is that she was "a long blonde haired angel, that drove a MINI". Apparently she was directly behind the spill, since he barely stopped rolling before she was on the scene. He did suffer a punctured lung, but everything else is in one piece. He would very much like to call/write and thank this "angel". Please help me track her down. I guess this just shows what a great bunch of people MINI owners truely are!

Years ago people would think a big thank you would be all to expect reading something like this, but today and call me skeptical… This smells of law suit.
I drove by two bike wrecks last weekend and saw MINIs at both of them. I have an idea who this person is looking for, but will not give any information about them without their approval. I will PM these people and let them know of the thread, but it’s their call if they wish to give any information or acknowledgment of being there.

Tennessee Good Samaritan Law
As of 1/1/2004 Tennessee has one. Text of the law can be found here: http://www.nashfire.org/aed/tennesse...aritan_act.htm

"a long blonde haired angel, that drove a MINI".
Regardless of what the law says as far as liability, a person being sued has to hire an attorney. I’ve been sued plenty of times in my profession by people who legally cannot file a claim against me. But I still have to hire an attorney to answer the complaint in order to get it dismissed.

Currently she is on a road trip but I have contacted her and told her about this thread, I was the one driving when she jumped out of a moving car...
Its funny because myself and a couple of others told her that she is a hero and what not and all she does is turn bright red and say she was just doing her job, still none the less a hero.
And yes that discription of her is correct.

Its too bad that everyone's first thought turns to law suits. I must say that I understand though in today's times, so no hard feelings. He just wants to say thanks for all the help that she provided and her quick response. Thanks for the PMs that have been sent already. I'll let him know that she has been located and let them go from there. Thanks for all your help! By the way what a great weekend for the MINI's huh ? Everyone who helped put it together did an awesome job!
