Glad you're joining the chili contestants again. My 10 year old son has decided he wants to compete. Unfortunately he picked the wrong mother. His rarely cooks, only reheats.
Smart kid though, he has called his auntie for help.

My mom just offerend to make a Sweet Potato Souflee Casserole thing. Its sooooooo good.
I guess it would qualify as a casserole (or maybe dessert based on how sweet she makes it
)

I'm calling that sweet potato thingye a casserole in the count but I know what you are talking about. YUM! It IS like a dessert.
