So I have a 2015 mini sooner s countryman all4 manual transmission. Oil ran pretty low/almost dry the other day but when checked when hot there was still oil on the dipstick. Check engine light 2 days later gave code p1338 at advance auto. Bought 2 camshaft position sensors and replaced both. Neighbor has a more indepth reader and it also gave codes for o2 sensor, blocked fuel injector, and crankshaft slightly off. She has a rough cold start and decreased power. He reset the codes yesterday after we changed those sensors and it started normally, check engine light went away. On the way to town this morning engine light came back (the yellow half engine light). We did put lucas fuel injector cleaner in it as well today on our way home. I'm not sure what to try next, my next go to was the crankshaft position sensor or the selonoids. Any other ideas?

Also gives cc ID code of 029. Took it to mini and did a full diag. They said still the cam position sensors. Replaced. Ran fine for a day. Problems back
