Boot stripes?

I've seen people posting about ordering boot stripes, and about having them put on at the VDC before delivery. Am I blind, crazy, or both, because I don't see them on the configurator anywhere? I already ordered my car with the bonnet stripes, and I'd like to get matching boot stripes, but didn't see anywhere to order them. I probably wouldn't do it at this point, because I'm itching to get into my car and don't want to delay it even for a day. I may look to add them later though.

Well, I'm surprised he didn't mention it to me while we were sitting down discussing options. Wait, I take that back. Given my experience so far, I'm not surprised.

In the configurator look under the ACCESSORIES then GRAPHICS.

Like Mojito said, the dealer has more options.

I know the configurator has some options under accessories, but I only see bonnet and roof graphics, no boot stripes.

I ordered my boot stripes at the get-go, but was told they were still a dealer install. When my car finally arrived at the dealership, they kept it another week - supposedly doing all the final prep. But when I went to pick up - no boot stripes! I was told I would have to make another appointment for that! Quite frustrating.

I have the regular stripes on the bonnet ( I don't like the "pitchfork" look of the bonnet sport stripes) but I am getting the close together sport stripes for the boot. Just prefer that look for the boot. Hopefully the combo wil look good!

The "sport stripes" for bonnet and boot are sold as a set for $131.
The ones for $126 are bonnet stripes only.

I have ordered red Viper stripes & side stripes plus black checker A panels for my incoming silver ALL 4 and blackjack A panels for my wife's MSC from this site. I can't see paying the extortionate pricing for JCW graphics.

Sounds great! I am waiting for my bonnet and boot stripes in matte black with red pinstripes; after I ordered mine I saw a similar stripe on a JCW MCS and they look hot! Can't wait to see the checkered pattern on your All4; I am sure they'll look great.

+1

I bought my bonnet, boot, and side graphics from Graham, as well. Quality stuff!

Just a word to the wise.....I ordered from Mini Graphics in the UK from their website on April 19 and paid for express shipping. Supposedly shipped on May 1st or 2nd but nothing has arrived yet.

I have repeatedly emailed and then called the last three mornings straight - early afternoon UK time. On Wednesday and Thursday I got the answering service who told me Graham was away training but I should expect a call or email that afternoon. Nothing. I emailed last night and informed them that if I did not get a response by this morning I would call my credit card company and reverse the charge. Still nothing. I even called again this morning and this time the answering service did not even pick up.

I'm not the only person on this site that's been waiting and not getting any answers.

very curious as to how to make purchases with them, i know its probably a silly question, but their site says they accept pay pal. are there any added fees for the exchange conversion?

Why consider buying from this vendor when I just posted a warning?

If your question is just a general question about buying from foreign lands....I would not use paypal or a debit card and the exchange conversion is about 10% over the current rate on xe.com

more of a general question, seems that minimotoringgraphics(was offensive over the phone after several weeks of no returned calls) & vinlystyles, do not respond back to requests for custom graphics, and although mighty stripes promptly responded to requests is unable to accommodate with "preview" image ( i dont mind paying extra for what i want just wanna make sure its what i want. they said they need to contract out for someone to make photoshop image). seems i may have to look abroad.

any suggestions for @ u.s. companies that are willing to custom stripes.
to complicate matters its an R59, still not in most companies inventories.

My order also shows as shipped May 1. That said, I'm not concerned, because 2 weeks really isn't that long for a shipment from england. If it hasnt' arrived by the end of the month, I'll open a complaint with visa.

Well, I placed my order on April 9th with regular shipping and I am still waiting as well! Quote from Graham last weekend regarding shipments to the U.S. "Usually it takes 4-5 working days even on the big stuff" Apparently I ordered the "little stuff" so it should of been here weeks ago. He is about 5 days late on updating me on the status of my order and since he is in the office only on Sunday and Mondays I should hear from him tomorrow.

I agree that he has some great looking graphics. I want him to fill my order but at this point it is a bit concerning and I sent him an email telling him so. He knows that I posted his shop's link on this forum and if he does not deliver or return what I've paid, I'll post that in NAM and other forums...

I had no problems, whatsoever, with Graham. In fact, when I did have some questions, after my order was placed, he responded quite promptly.

I'd do business with them again, without a doubt.
