I'm really considering the black jack scuttles, mirror covers, and sun roof graphic.
It would be in shifts though. Maybe when I go to the dealer for my first oil change, I can do the sun roof.
We'll see.

I will post a pic a soon as I get my car back. By time I was done with the delivery/post delivery process it was late...I took the car back in for service the next day after discovering the alignment was off, an airbag light was stuck on, the grill is not attached fully to the car and the window tint had bubbles in it. I am not sure when I will get it back.

Well that just stinks. Still sounds like something the dealer can fix in a day or two, so you should be motoring soon. Hang in there.

Wow! That's terrible...how disappointing to wait so long and have to take it back in the very next day after you got it. So sorry that happened, hopefully you'll get it back soon!

That's funny PepeR60!

I really like the blackjack sunroof but I also love seeing the sky in good weather or bad.

Yah, I was all set to do it, until I saw how much time my boys spend looking out through the sun roof. I'll let you know if he posts a pic over there.

The mirror caps fit just fine. I do have one that will be replaced because it is loose...since the caps are through MINI...they have the same factory warranty as the rest of the car.

The sunroof decal is actually in multiple pieces. I will take a couple pics this weekend. There are spots that are clear that you can look through. I thought it would be the type decal like the wrap you see on cars that advertise, but it is not.

TGIF!!!

So I went online to order the scuttles and it seems that you have to also buy a "scuttle fixture" for each side...for those who have them, is that true? And if so, are they easy to install, or did you have to have it done by the dealer? Thanks!

You only require the scuttle fixture in the non S version. I discovered that after purchasing a set for my wife's car. The parts guy from Prestige Mini (ebay purchase) kept telling me that they would fit. It was very apparent they would not when I took everything apart. My wife wanted the white repeater lens as opposed to the orange ones. So, I told the guy to send me the complete S setup with the white lens. Amazingly they fit perfectly. I informed him of this and I noticed he has changed his ebay listing stating that the non S does require an additional part.

As far as the installation goes. It was very easy and it came with instructions. I changed the mirror caps and scuttles in about 15 minutes total. Now if I could just get a reasonable quote to change out the door handles I would be on to something.

Sorry for the delay, I just moved and am knee deep in remodeling...so here you go on the roof decal. It is not a one piece design. It has speperate panels for the balckjack...the jury is still out about that...will the sharp corners eventually start to lift???

Overall, I am pleased with it!

Thanks for the pics Johnny! It looks great. It even looks pretty cool from inside, although I am a bit bummed that it isn't the typical perforated type that is used for vehicle wraps (at least for my kids sake). I think I might look into having a vinyl shop make me some perforated ones when the time comes. Thanks again for taking the time and effort.

Great to know, thanks so much for the info, you saved me about $100! So, does the S have the orange lens or the white...sorry I don't have mine yet! Thanks again!
