SIRI and bluetooth not playing nice

Just got an 4S and trying to use SIRI when phone is connected via bluetooth

whenever I press and hold the button on the iphone to initiate a SIRI command it makes a connection with my phone - assume this is "normal " operation

It seems to have a big problem recognizing my commands via bluetooth and really negates for me the usefulness of SIRI as I was hoping to use it in the car handsfree

Any other users have issues?

Yep, same issue. I have an LG Bluetooth Stereo headset that works great with SIRI. The mini connected also starts counting like I am on a voice call when I connect with SIRI...bummer. Maybe a better mic that is more directional? Callers say I sound fine though, but the voice commands for Mini Connected don't work all that well either which makes me think it is a Mic issue.

It's a bummer. I've turned off my bluetooth because Siri didn't like the mic even though I've turned it. Hopefully Mini provides a software update eventually?

Really? I've had great success with Siri in my MINI using bluetooth. I've been extremely surprised at how well it works over bluetooth. I just wish there was a button to activate it.

Played with it some more and it works well with dictation (text websites emails etc) but not so hot with selecting contacts

I also have issues if I use SIRI and/or the voice dictation while plugged in and listening to music. It pauses beautifully and resumes the music when complete, BUT then I can't skip songs or control music anymore without unplugging & replugging in. :-(
