Who Ordered Nav/Connected and Convenience Package?

I ordered the Nav/Connected option, but also ordered premium, cold weather and convenience packages. The Owner's Lounge does not show the convenience package on the build list, but my dealer contact assures me that it is on there...sure hope so because my ALL4 is somewhere out in the middle of the Atlantic on the way to California.

Anyone else have this experience? Wondering if because the package is $750 reduced because of the NAV if maybe it does not show up?

This is what I am told also.

If you mouse over the Conv package, there is a "helpful note" that says the same.

It is the Conv package - Bluetooth (included in Connected) and the cost is $750.

Great deal if you wanted to get Comfort Access anyway.

The package never showed on my OL either.

Yes. I also have the Convenience Package 2 (confirmed by reviewing order in dealers system) yet it has never shown up in OL. No worries, if your MA says it is on the order then it probably is. You can also spot check by asking MA for order MSRP total and compare to what you know it should be.

There are two questions. First, does the OL show the options you wanted? You should see Comfort Access, Bluetooth Prep, Auto Dimming Rear View, Auto Wipers & Headlight, & Universal Garage Opener. Are they all on the list in the Owner's lounge? If they are, then you are good. If not, then I'd get on the dealer to find out why.

Second question is about the price you'll pay. When I ordered mine, they didn't have the Convenience Package 2 at $500 less but since I ordered everything that would be included, they are giving me the $500 discount.

Same as TunaBall. Delivery not until late Feb, though. My order didn't show convenience package 2 on the dealer list either, but they said they would adjust the price accordingly on pickup. I'll remember that one for sure....

The individual pieces of the Convenience Package are not listed in OL...none of them. Dan at Rassmussen in Portland assured me (in an email) that I would get the convenience package options even though they were not listed in the OL. Guess I will have to deal with it when it arrives in 3-4 weeks if they are not there.

Dan's my MA too and he handled my order. I'd ask for manager verification that the order is correct. Better to know now that to have it arrive incorrect.

The options do not appear in OL for my order either. I have a copy of my VIR (Vehicle Inquiry Report) and it does list ZC2, the correct subset of options and the correct price. Accuracy is not OL's strongsuit.

If there is any doubt, ask your MA to send you a copy of the VIR.

I did get my MA to email the Build Sheet and it does have the ZC2 package included.

Promise to take a photo of your navigation screens at work. I've always lusted after having the navigation in that nice big speedometer.

Kudos to Mini of Loveland (CO) -- I sent Ed an email that the forums had seen the ZC2 package added to their list, and he immediately emailed me back with an attachment showing my updated order. Looking good for this new dealership so far...
