Safety Sticker Removal

How do you take the safety sticker off the glove compartment without scratching the surface? Any tips?? Thanks.

i just peeled mine off very, very slowly and it came off without pulling any paint up.

the one I haven't cleaned up yet is a small clear sticker that was in the upper left hand side of the windshield on driver's side. it came off easily but left some residue. I need to get in there and clean that off.

Hi Little Peeps - I was a complete coward and had the dealer take that blasted thing off. I tried to peel it myself and it started to shred. I had to take Greeley back to the dealer to install our auxiliary gauges so I asked them to remove it while it was in the shop.

That particular sticker should peel right off. If there is any residue that soap and water won't budge, 3M tar and adhesive remover works great and is safe for paint - just wash it off afterwards.

My daughter and my husband tried to pry a starter edge to peel it away and were afraid they would leave a mark on my anthricite, so they both stopped. I tried and it wouldn't budge. When I pick up my license plates, maybe I'll get the MA to do it for me. That's a good idea. I'm a coward too!! I went to visit my sister and was on Route 287 today and I was moving at 85 without even noticing. I love my mini.

I let the dealer get the window sticker residue, slow peel on the dash, the visor took hours and tons of simple green to get those off. But now I'm sticker free

Mine also peeled right off no problem as if it wasn't super stuck to it, I have a hyperblue dash...

I'm sure your MA will be happy to take care of it for you. Enjoy your new car!

I pulled and both stickers came off

Thanks for giving me the initiative to pull them off.
