Hi all. I have been out of town all week and unable to post. According to Ask Mini (a person), my car was completed on Oct 1 and is now at the port awaiting a boat. I am hoping it caught a ride with a non-WW boat and is on its way.

Allen, there are lots of us SoCal Mini people (or soon to be). I would advise all of you to check out the older posts (I am week 37) for a lot of advise and comments. Your thread will grow as people start getting excited.

hd05,
Wk 40 seems to be the Oct 2nd to Oct 6th builds.. (from what I can tell)
so you may be a Week41..

if your lucky, you'll get a ship wuickly and start the voyage..
Mine was finished on the third, and on a ship the 4th, sailed the 5th.. (of course, my MA doesn't have that info yet, but the bill of laden on the WW ship Integrity says shes on there.. **crossing fingers**)

Good Luck!

Finally, the OL says enroute.. Gianna has been on the boat for about 6 days..
but at least I know the Integrity is coming in on schedule currently at 41 24'N 47 54'W.
I can't wait! :D

Hi All!
I called Ask Mini and they said they could not tell me what boat she is on? How do you figure that out?

I think if you plug you VIN# into the Wallenius Wilhelmsen website under auto cargo http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do I think it will tell you what ship your car is booked on. Sometimes the cars are booked on boats from a different company. Those ships you will not be able to track.

What is the phone number for ASK-Mini? Do I check with my dealership to find out my production week? The website shows I'm scheduled for production since last week. Will that website tell me what ship it's being put on for transport to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I placed my order on September 23rd. Any other Floridians in the same boat?? Please post or email me. Thanks, SanibelJune

as blalor said. 866-ask-mini
the automated voice is sometimes behind, so speak with a human.

they can tell you the production week # and where your car is.. (sometimes)
Enter your VIN# into the WW site as well, and see what ship you are booked on, then see if its recieved at terminal, loaded, etc..

looks like if you have a * next to your VIN, you get waitlisted, and may end up on another boat.

It took 6 days to update my info (even my MA), but I was tracking from WW the whole time then to sailwx and the weather observation site.

Good Luck!

Remember that they have carriers other than WW. If you MINI is shipped on one of these you cannot track it. This happened to me.

Just found out today from my MA that my Mini is definitely on a non-WW ship. She was kind enough to look it up for me and told me that it is on the Emden which is a K-line ship http://www.kline.com/PCC-RoRo/schedu...ticshuttle.asp. If anyone's car is not showing up on the WW-site it may be on one of these boats.

Waiting to board

I spoke with my MA this morning...there still is no information on a ship for us. We were finished and on the way to the shipyard on the 10th (maybe that makes us wk41 instead of wk40, but anywhoo). I've never ordered a car like this before...the waiting is getting to be a bit of a pain. ...twiddles fingers... pretends to work as boss walks by...

AHHHH! Where is my car? I am starting to act like my 2 year old! I think you guys on the east coast get them earlier than we do out here. I have a ETA of 10-25 for her to reach Cali and it will most likly be a week from there.
Anyone else order from PHX?
