New MINI owner lookin' forward to joining the group. I am in AZ and have see a few groups driving arround together and am trying to find out how to join in. Not sure where to go in the site to see a "calander of events".

Yea I have the Mini obsession too. I have an Electric Blue '03 MCS. I LOVE it! I have not made any mod's to it yet but my hubby is itchin to get lots of stuff on in and under it I just have not decided how much I want to change it. I can't wait to get together and motor with some other Mini's. I got one pic loaded but will work on get some more pics of my baby in some of my favorite places to open her up (Devil's Canyon and Salt River Canyon are GREAT places to run for fun)

I would love to take my Mini back to MO, I grew up there and there are some great places to drive arround there. I bet driving down by the river in the fall is AWSOME!

Great looking car! Thanks for the pic. I was suprised no one had asked for pics yet.

What part of MO? We are just east of Poplar Bluff and the Ozark hills, so it pretty flat where we are, but it's only about 20-30 miles to some FUN hills and roads.

 

I lived all along I-70 as far west as Blue Springs and as far east as Columbia. We used to drive our '57 Chevy's down to the October fest in... Herman (I think it was 10 years ago the last time I drove) The drive from Jeff City to Rolla is a great drive with some pretty good curves if memory serves me right.

Yeah I was going to get some more pics tomarrow of me and Delphine but she deciede to dye on me today so she got towed to the shop so I will have to wait till they find out the problem and pick her back up. I might just have to take a treck back home one of these days and try her out on some of the roads back there

Welcome aboard to NAM, Lzy1Br! Did you get hooked up with the DMC club yet?

 

I have looked at the site and the calander for the DMC. I was gonna go to the social that was on Saturday but Delphine ended up in the shop . I am going to try and make the run to Tortilla Flats and Canyon Lake at the end of the month. They sound like a pretty fun group.
