Hey guys! I just placed my order for my first MINI on friday (March 17th), no I didnt plan on it being that day (St Pattys Day) and I am not Irish! Im Russian! So I guess its almost the same, we drink alot! ........... Anywayyyyy I think production will start sometime this week, they said in 3-4 days on friday! This wait is going to kill me! Its been 3 days and it already feels like forever. I am going to have to find some kind of MINI patch or gum Any suggestions on how to make the time go by quicker or what to do while I wait!!!!!! By the way I have been like this -> since friday!

 

Yes - get a life. Seriously enjoy other activities other than your MINI routine. My MINI is also in production this week and I am doing my best to enjoy all facits of life... not just MINI. We'll see if it works to calm my MINI anxiety!

Congrats, boarder! There is no rest for the MINI-awaiters! Just hang out here, read up on all the facets of the MINI, and joke around with us in Off Topic. The time will pass....not as quickly as you'd like, but it will help to be amongst your MINI peeps.

 

We have all had to wait...and I imagine nobodys time passed fast enough....but don't worry ...we will help you through so you don't need psychological counseling once it arrives.

Hey guys! Thanks for all your posts! Well, after long deliberation and a few last minute changes at the dealer here are my specs! I got a HB/B MCS with B bonnet stripes. Cold weather, Sport pkg, Premium pkg, LSD, Rear fog lamp, Chrome interior, Hyper blue dash, Center arm rest, Anthracite, Chrono pack, H/K, Aero kit, HB Shift ****, Serius Radio, and the Secuirty system!! I can not wait for the MINI to get here! I dont even have a production number yet I dont know how I am going to last 6-8 weeks! But hey, its been 4 days since friday! Only 39-52 more days left! Oh man, I think I'll worry once I start calculating the hours, and minutes.........maybe even seconds? .............

 

Hang in there Boarder, it will be worth the wait. I've been waiting on mine, should arrive in NY today, then I still have to wait for them to ship it to CA. just a few more weeks I would think.

 

If you want I'll drive it over for you? I live in Jersey....Im sure my boss wouldnt mind me leaving for a week! That would take care of your break-in!!!.......Just food for thought!
