Quick hello to everyone. My MCS is due mid January. Until then I'm just reading up on things and looking forward to the day. I'll make sure to post pictures once I take keys to my new baby.

I ordered my MCS the Friday after Thanksgiving, 1 year ago and also had a mid January scheduled deliver. It came over a week early. So be ready! It has been fun.

 

Welcome Vlado, and don't be afraid to ask questions! The search function will come in very handy if you're researching exhausts, wheels, pulleys, etc. etc. etc. Lots of reading material to keep you up late at night as you lose sleep waiting for your MINI. Check out the regional forums, too - there's probably a local club you can hook up with.

I want to thank everyone for the great welcome. I ordered a black MINI with a sport. premium and cold weather package. White top, mirrors and bonnet stripes. I chose the all-season tires and that is perhaps the only thing I'm unsure about. Most people seem to be ordering performance "summer tires". I live in Sioux Falls, SD and we have snow. This is our second car so I have a primary car for bad weather. I have no go fast parts on order. I do plan on adding performace parts but I feel it's best to give it a try stock first. Only then can I really apriciate the added power of aftermarket parts. Anyway, thanks again, and I look forward to sharing my expririences with everyone on the forum.
