hello out there! just joined!
hello everyone!
i'm not a MINI owner, but i am related to one. my dad has just recently bought one, and i have witnessed the joy of ordering and waiting for his MINI. i have also heard all about this forum... he spends his evenings online, getting to know all of you. so i thought i would join and be able to share in the fun.

So are you going to assume the MINI by default? (Kid driving Dad's MINI) I bet you will be down at the dealer placing your order as soon as you save up the downpayment!

Welcome ,I'm glad you stopped by to say hello. My mom always loved the classic minis and when the new MINIs came out she fell in love with them too. She going to wait till they come out with a station wagon model and since I got my MINI my brother has
gotten really into them too. He's only a freshman right now but he's already got $7,000 saved for a PW/B. Are you planning on getting a MINI anytime soon? If so what color? Did you like MINIs before your dad got one?:smile:

i was actually interested in MINIs when they first came out. but i fell in love with the New Beetle... actually always wanted one of the old ones, so ended up with a gray 2003 model.
i will be enjoying my dad's MINI by association. i am not planning on getting my own for a while, sorry to say. if i were to get one, i would have to get orange! awesome color!
