Hi everyone I am new here and am excited to be apart of the gang. I own a 2003 british racing green mini cooper with a white roof, it has many up-grades and has lots of stickers on it. I am a member of the southern ontario mini club, we are based out of Toronto and have 200 plus members, are web site is www.somc.on.ca. I also am a proud owner of a classic mini which I am restoring at the momment, it is a right hand drive that has a unique story behind it. I look forward to meeting allot of you at the Tail of the Dragon event.

Hi again everyone, to answer some questions I have had my classic mini for almost a year now, the story behind that is I picked it up for 2 grand when most mini's here go for between 5 and 10 grand canadian so I couldn't refuse that. the car needed little work and ran great. I didn't know that the guy i bought if from was in a little trouble, he ordered 8 mini's from the UK and the deal was that he would pay for half the shipping but didn't, so the cars were impounded by the police but for some reason my car and 3 others escaped so he had to sell them quick to get some money back to the guys in the UK to get the others out of the impound. The restoration is going really well and when it is done it will be a mirror image of my 2003 mini.

I put my order in for my 2003 in the summer of 2002 and picked it up dec 20, 2002. I have vynle stickers all over it I have a guy that computer cuts them for me so my car looks like a rally car with 4 big PIAA lights on the front. I have 18" PIAA rims running on yokohamma parada spec 2 rubber. I have a pioneer sound system consisting of a 7" screen deck with GPS and DVD, also 2 twelve inch subs pioneer premiers running of phenix gold amps. my car has the sports package so it has the sun roof and heated seat you know the rest. So that is a little bit about my mini's. I also have a 2000 grand caravan sport( it is not your typical van) and a 2000 mercedes benz clk 430 V8. I love cars.

andwe will pick up 8 more cars on the way for the MINIvan down. that is 35 cars total that are for sures! but it's still early, more will show up!
