Picked up my CR MCSC on Saturday. Almost 60 degrees in Chicago. What a Great Day for a convertible. When I ordered in November I never would have guessed that it would be this warm on the day of delivery. Needless to say, top down motoring!! Can't stop grinning. These are the specs:
Chili Red - Black top
Leather Cordoba Beige
Chili Red Interior Surface
Chrome line exterior
White Bonnet stripes
Packages - Cold, Convenience, Premium, Sport
LSD
Rear Fog
Web Spoke wheels
Windscreen

Pictures of the top up?
Hadn't really thought of that... Probably more opportunity for that now that the temps are back to typical winter weather.
I'll take a couple and get them posted in a day or so.

We got 8 inches of snow today at my home in Utah, and I was thinking how much fun it would be to drop the top and do doughnuts in the cul-de-sac.
Too bad I don't get my cabrio until April...
And Donna, while I truly envy your SoCal convertible weather, it was only by moving from Orange County (land of the half-million-dollar condo) back to Utah last year that I can even afford to buy a MINI. And have a nice big garage to park it in.
Cruising PCH in my Miata, those were good times...

Hot Chili Warms the Winter Soul
Congratulations on your new Mini!
I test drove here in Germany in the Winter on the nice day...and you don't even feel the windchill when the sun is out when you are driving 100mph on the autobahn
...well maybe a little.....brrrrrrr
Have fun and wear those hats and ski goggles with the top down...and you don't even need ski poles to drive around the corners in your mini!
Have fun!
