I got seduced in Knoxville
Been hanging around the Mini dealer to much
Bought a 2012 Red hardtop base model

Yes it's my first. These cars have been around awhile and I've overlooked them
Until lately. I'm becoming even more of a car lover lately sold my motorcycle.
The dealer here seems to be getting mostly automatics too, I don't understand
That. Used manuals can sit around

Yea, before MINI used to be Mostly manuals , now more automatics. Automatics are more common on the lots.

It was a 2010 Triumph Tiger, after years of riding and long list of bikes
I am 63 and am fortunate to be unscathed.

That's good to hear as I've known a lot of individuals that can't say that. Triumph, very nice. We have more than a few bikes in our garage. Most not being street legal.

You are very close to an event called "MINIS on the Dragon". It's held in Deals Gap, NC. 318 curves in 11 miles and your MINI will love it. It's in the first part of May.

Great looking Chili Red/White Cooper you found. Your Mini is a manual, right? I wonder if living close to a Mini dealer increases your chances of not being able to stay Mini free?

And yes, you do live close to the Dragon... definitely check it out. Google Minis on the Dragon. I'm hoping to get down there at some point.
