Just hope he doesn't get confused and think he's a Fiat since you gave him an Italian name.

Actually, he is a Brit as far as a concept is concerned, and as a matter of where he was born. Design and engineering is all BMW. Its akin to having a German couple go to England just to have a baby. The Germans and the Brits have an ongoing, and good natured argument of whether a Mini is a Brit or a German born in Britain. But almost everyone in these days, agree that when it's all said and done, a modern Mini is basically a front wheel, small platform BMW made by Brits in England. And this is going to be even more the case with the 3rd generation that starts rolling out this year.

Agree with CR regarding the chrome. Love it! My Mini S Roadster has the same chrome theme, (exterior chrome line and chrome bonnet scoop), but no driving lights or bonnet stripes. I was going for a "racy", but elegant look.
