See...... WB is on his way to being a 4-MINI household because his honey loves MINIs too ! And his honey has good taste in colors, too.
I'm telling you, you want lots of MINIs... find yourself a woman who loves them too !
Oh, and it helps too if she makes a lot of money. And while you're at it, make sure she loves football. Wow, I am one lucky bastard.

It happens to the best of us.
Well, I have a road trip planned right from the start. My dealer is in another state, (no dealers where I live). So I have to travel close to 400 miles to pick up my ride. And while I'm there, I'm taking a trip to the coast, which is about 80 miles away from the dealer. So I'm getting a head start on getting a good dent on the initial 1200 miles break-in period. I am planning on getting some pictures when I'm picking her up, and when we are at the coast, though.
Yeah, I imagine dealerships are pretty scarce where you are. Meanwhile, I have three four within 75 miles of here.
I think I'd love living in the Northwest, particularly Washington. I really love moderate temperatures..... dislike extreme hot or cold weather. But the rain right drive me nuts trying to keep the MINIs clean.

Rain is not really a problem in Eastern Washington or Eastern Oregon. You start getting more of the temperate weather when you are about 100 miles of the coast. East of that, it's pretty much high plains type weather. Hot summers and temperate dry winters. Trust me... you get to miss a good thunderstorm sometimes around here. There are summers that you don't see a rain cloud for months.

I've been to 43 of the States and Washington, Orgegon, and Idaho are three of the ones I've never been to. So I have an apparent misconception about Washington. I assumed it rained a lot in the whole state, basing that mostly on the reputation of Seattle, I suppose. Interesting.
I would take cloudy, moderate temps, and a good amount of rain of the stinking hot and humid summers here and a lot of other places in the U.S. I bet the grass and plants stay nice and green for most of the year there.
Im trying to stay calm..but now that its getting closer its getting much harder too
I just got back from a late night ride. My mini jcw has so much pick up even more than my Volvo s60 R. I am so happy I got the manual in this car. It really needs it. Soon you all will be having fun too and will completely forget about the wait.
I would almost think my dealership should have it before the 4th or a little after.. This is working out best for me because Im off of work for a couple of weeks..which means I should be free to pick it up!!

How many miles on it now ? Getting close to the break in so you can REALLY start to have some fun ?
So this is my luck...just put a non-refundable deposit down on a '14 CMS All4 on Monday and this evening the suggestive advertising on my FireFox browser listed a sale at a different MINI dealer. Me being a glutton for punishment, checked it out and have found an almost exact replica of my R60 (in 2013 guise) for about $3500 less. I'm seriously considering my options. Even losing the deposit would still save me about $3000 after taxes.
Anyone see anything wrong with me using this new found (and short term) bargaining power to save at least some on my '14? Don't really want to be "that" guy, but $3k is $3k.
