Hrm.... Haven't tried in 3-4 days but earlier this week it threw an error that the forum plugin needed upgrading and refused to upload.

I assumed with the almost 24-7 posting he had one, that or he never left a computer

Mine did that too a couple of weeks ago. I think I deleted the app and re downloaded it.

The question of the day!

If he's taken delivery and is driving it who knows when we'll hear from him again.

CR - That was definitely worth the wait - what a beautiful spec. The colors really set it off both inside and out. Hope you can take time away from admiring it to put some miles on it!

Oh, and yes, I'm an old rotor-head.

Yay! Very nice-love the combination of the WS and the CR.

However, I suggest you rename it Prince George Alexander Louis, since we've all been waiting so long for this British miracle to happen ...

Thanks, LSL... yeah, I agree, worth the wait. And not sure the pics do it justice, he's quite the eye turner. And all in all, my wait was still less than two months. Not too bad.

And oh yeah, going to be putting plenty of miles on it. Only slipped up once today and in third gear merging onto the Baltimore Beltway I got a little carried away and hit a little over 5K on the tach. Oops!

Thanks Spa, loving the WS with CR roof and accents... sharp.

And ... Vincent Van Go says he likes his name but loves your sense of humor.

Wow CR I love that color combo. Also, man I wish we went with the red interior after seeing yours. I may have to get seat covers now just to break up all he black in Cherry Bomb (yes five year old little girls always win with dad so the name stays).

Anyway, congrats and thanks for the pics.

Thanks, Speed.. you know, I've wanted the red dash in door ovals since I went to order my first R50 back in 2006. Saw an "S" in the showroom with it and went nuts. MA had to break it to me that you couldn't get them in a Justa. Finally got them. Roxanne, my SO, wasn't liking them at first, a little to "much" for her but she's warming to them. They aren't for the conservative minded.

You can get some Red and Black Wet Okeles (sp?) covers that well give you a nice splash of color... they're quite comfy too.

Thanks again for the compliment.

Love it, CR! Wait 1200 miles (or less now), then drive it like you stole it!

Hey, SG... I'm loving the note of the exhaust and I'm getting some nice burble. But I'm not hearing any discernible POP, even in sport mode during down shifting. Do I need to have more miles on it before the POP POP starts ?

When I had an R56 S loaner a few months back, it was popping like crazy. Of course, it did have 3,000 miles on it.

Maybe I need to make a quick trip to San Francisco.

Thanks, 01.

And let me tell you, Dave did a helluva job installing the clear bra and stripes, that guy is SERIOUSLY good. When I first looked at it in the show room, I thought they f'd up and forgot to put it on, could not find an edge on the bonnet. Here he tucked the film in at every edge, even around the headlight rings. The only edge on the bonnet is inside the scoop. Compared to other clear bras I've had put on... wow, amazing job.

And the stripes are a nice match. Maybe a half a shade off but VERY close. He drove all the way to the shore last evening to get the vinyl he found so he could put them on first thing this morning before I arrived. Awesome guy.
