I am about 21 miles from Ferman Mini in Palm Harbor where I made my buy.

Vegas, you will get use to it and reading all the forums helps the time go by faster. Great people here that offer lots of help and suggestions. Be sure and go to first gear under the stickies on page one of the how to track your mini and you will have all the info you need to really lose sleep! LOL!

What are you ordering? If your dealer has an allocated production slot available you will get the production number when your order or in a day or two. Otherwise it can take a couple weeks.

For all of you waiting for your new MINI, I waited for 12 weeks for mine, it is WELL worth the wait, funest car I have ever owned

Took the Lightning to the MINI dealership today, and they're going to give me what I want for it, so that simplifies things: I won't have to fuss with selling it privately.

At the dealer.
May go with an in stock Clubman S with almost the same options except the Black Roof. If the deal is right.
