Thanks for all the info, you guys! My paperwork has one mistake on it - I ordered Black Jack side mirrors, and it has them as the black ones. I did alert my PA about it, but he hasn't responded. Is this something they throw on later in the process? I don't want to bug the crap out of the poor guy 'cuz I'm being a nervous Nelly, ya know?

Only Black, White, Red, Body Colored and sometimes Chrome mirror caps are installed at the factory. The special ones are done at the dealer...or they will give you the part to install yourself if you can't get them to install it for free.

So, the Athens Highway was supposed to dock in Brunswick today, but the ship tracking sites stopped recieving updates around South Carolina.
Is my MA the best way to verify that my car made it off of the boat, and that the boat didn't sink? I didn't see any news articles...

11 weeks and one day after order, my car is finally here!!! Almost didn't make it back in one piece, an Altima pulled out in front of me from stopped traffic on an offramp and I had to go 70 to 0 in nothing! Brakes were awesome, car didn't skid or fishtail.
To make up on not getting the $750, my MA gave me a free set of wheel locks, a trunk mat and an extra $150 off MSRP so I think that was fair play.
Can't believe I am finally done, didn't seem like it would ever happen but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Keep calling the phone, refreshing the Owners Lounge and watching those ship - your car will be here in no time!

My car just made it to the dealer today. They had a truck load of BMWs and one MINI, mine!
I'll be picking it up tomorrow afternoon. Can't wait!
By the way, my MA did promise me that I'll get the $750 Not Normal discount even though I never received my voucher email. He said they were able to get all of the information they need.

Btw my MA showed me the bulletin from MINI that said very plainly that cars in Priority 1 before October 2 are not eligible for the $750 incentive. He also showed me the computer screen where the voucher is applied to the car for them to get payment, and how that option wasn't available on mine (and others). I told that many people did seem to be getting the incentive and he thought that either the dealers were taking a dodgy risk or they had found a way that they had not. Anyway, like I said he gave me some freebies to make up for it, though now I wish I had asked for a cuddly bulldog!

The guy I sold my Tacoma to is picking it up at 5pm. I'm hoping they at least locate my Mini before then. DH will take me to work in the am, and the the plan is to pick my baby up after work. Of course they have to find her first.
