Radiator? hose dragged n worn thru . . .
. . . and all of this clear (not blue or orange - puzzling) slightly oily fluid leaked out on my 2007 Cooper S. Now am facing possible tow to dealer because of course the temp light is on. As it is out of warranty, I want to take it around the corner to a neighborhood guy I know works on MINIs, but I am wondering what's the preventative measure? Why in the world is the hose down so low and what is supposed to keep it out of harm's way?
