Well, after shopping for a Wrangler for about a year I bought a 2012 MCS. It's all black, and I'm loving it. I commute 90 miles a day along the coast down to Carlsbad, CA. I've never enjoyed the drive more. A black car is definitely a lot of work, but man does it look stealth. I look forward to learning how to take care of this baby from you all.

Congrats on your new MINI. Black is a fantastic choice. I have a 2009 MCS in Astro Black Metallic. It started out with a lot of chrome.





7 weeks later, it looks like this.

 

You inspired me minmin2010. I just got mine tinted yesterday (20% on back 70% on front). I went with ceramic smoky black. I also did the clear bikini bra.

Outstanding. Tinting is one of the very first things I had done. Here in Florida, it is vital. The sun can destroy an interior.

BTW, if anyone ever ask what you can do to a black car, point them my way.
