Hey all, this is Josh McAfee, and I'm a proud 03 MINI S (R53?) owner, going on four weeks now. I've lurked for a couple weeks and decided to take the plunge to get into what's going on at NAM. I've been in the import scene, but more on the Eastern side of the world. I've admired the Cooper ever since it came out, and watching them scoot around on the Remake of the Italian Job didn't hurt either.

I'm from Arkansas but live in Tennessee now with my wife and soon to be son (due Dec 27), and I'm the Marketing Director for a thriving credit union. I spend a lot of time taking photos, DRIVING and playing golf when I can. Excuse the preceding and following photos, they're iPhone specials from the day I bought the car. Since I've gotten it the only changes have been professional tint and a front license plate delete. Plans for more to come, aesthetic mostly. Welcome me!

Welcome, I am in Smyrna and have owned my 2006 MINI S for 2 1/2 months.

 

mloganusda, loving the shoes on the graphite mini, looks very sharp. Hexon, I'm in Jackson, which is about an hour east of Memphis on I-40. If you're studying in Memphis and you're from Knoxville, I'd assume maybe... medical?

 

I'm moving to Knoxville in one week. Any good clubs, active members down there? I'd love to meet up and get to know you all!

 

I wouldn't know about Knoxville, but I'd imagine so. With the dragon's tail not far off, I'm sure there's some groups that get together.

Knoxville's about 400 miles from where I live, so I wouldn't be part of any of them.
