NSX owner who just bought a Cooper S
Just sold my daily driver (a '99 BMW 323i) that I bought new in April of 1999, and picked up a 2008 Mini Cooper S. My wife wanted me to get an automatic transmission car that was front wheel drive that she could occasionally drive, and I considered a new Chevy Cruze, Ford Focus Hatchback, and Hyundai Elantra before pulling the trigger on the Mini.
It's got 24,600 miles, and has the Premium, Sport and Cold Weather packages, and as per my wife's wishes...is an automatic. I don't particularly like automatics in sporty cars, but made the exception to make her happy.
I also have a few weekend "toys", including a 36,300 mile '91 NSX, a '95 Supra Hardtop, and a '99 M3 Convertible.
Here's a picture of the Mini and the NSX.

The NSX is a '91 that I bought in 1996 when it had 14,055 miles. It now has 36,300 miles. Upgrades are a Taitec GT Lightweight exhaust and 17" front / 18" rear Enkei PF01 wheels. The car has never been in the rain, and I put it on jack stands twice a year to detail the chassis. My wife thinks there are padded rooms for people like me.

The Supra is a '95 SE Hardtop. Upgrades are an Injen intake, HKS exhaust, Euro glass headlights, 18" Enkei RP03 wheels and a really nice upgraded stereo (JL Audio amps, subs, etc). I'm the 2nd owner of the car, and have owned it for 4 years.
The M3 Convertible is an Estoril Blue '99. It has a Dinan strut tower brace, Xenon headlights with clear corners, side markers and taillights, a 3M clear bra, and 18" TSW Snetterton wheels.

Jealous... you have great taste man.
Found out yesterday that the Mini dealer charges $1200-$1400 for the driving lights installed, so I believe I'll pass on that upgrade.
Think I'll definitely get the black JCW grille surround.

Just finished my first two mods...tinted the windows with 25 and installed a Mini Sport short antenna. Now I need to do something about the sun coming in through the sunroof.
How come you didn't just 5% the sunroof?
Nice collection btw. NSX used to be my dream car when I was ye' little.

Let me drive the Mini for the next week or so, and I will report back then.
