Thanks, schin. Tried it multiple times last night and this morning with no joy, but just tried it again and miraculously got the update! It is confirmed on TAMESIS...due into Baltimore on 4/25. YEAH!!
Congrats on the JCW! I ordered mine on the 17th of March and had to wait till the 8th of this month to enter the body shop. That was more than enough waiting for me! Have an idea of when yours will enter production? I know some MA's can guesstimate that. I was debating between the Cooper S and JCW. Ended up going with the Cooper S though, wishing I would have done the JCW the longer I wait for mine! Mines coming across the pond now, should be in NJ on the 25th. Next week! Fortunately I'll be adding the JCW tuning kit in October so all is well now. :P

She is 2012 JCW White Silver w/Piano Black roof/mirrors, premium package, technology package w/navigation, cold weather package, rear fog light, xenon headlamps, black headlamp housings, white turn signals, chrome package, dual pane sunroof. Can't remember what else but she's pretty loaded up! She is named Gloria because she is Glorious! lolfootnote: i bet you are so excited about getting your baby. does she have a name yet?

Sounds awesome! You have to keep me posted on everything going on. I'm so excited to get mine. Names I'm a little stumped on. I've got Oscar, or Reeko. I'm leaning more towards Oscar. We'll see when he gets here in a week! I'm hoping it goes quick. He'll be here the 25th. Guessing he'll be at the dealer the 1st or 2nd. Then I'll need to wait on the dealer to install Sport Stripes, 3M Clear-Bra and black rally lights. So, it'll be a little. :/

I finally have a confirmed production completion date!! =]
Ordered 3/26. est. completion date 4/25
If it is indeed on schedule, she should be on the ASIAN VISION arriving in Port Hueneme May 30th!!! =]
It's nice to finally have some dates to go by. Hopefully knowing something will help make the time go by faster

Whoa, I'm trying to order a JCW Hardtop but supposedly all the Bay Area dealers don't have a slot. When and where did you order yours?
MINI of Steven's Creek, they had to get a slot from another dealer.

Yeah, I definitely need to be in this thread. I've got an S Roadster in BRG on the way. Was built recently, and is currently on the Tomar, somewhere in the North Atlantic. Annoyingly, it has to go all the way to California, then be delivered to Colorado, so I can drive it a couple of weeks later to...Baltimore. Still, road trip in the new car should be fun. Now, if I can just avoid chewing my own arm off in anticipation, I'll be in good shape.

Ohh, I was there last Saturday. They told me that had one slot left but that someone else was already in line to take it. But that's good that they told you that it's going to go into production in May. Did they hook it up with a good deal?

I ordered mine the other day and they told me 6/23/12 allocation :( they are going to try to swap an allocation with another dealer to speed up the process so we'll see
