New Mini Owner in Pa

Hi everyone, I just last month purchased my grey and black 2009 MCS Auto. Found this site and many of you have already been so helpful I just had to join. Plan on joining the PittStop Mini club and posting to that forum on here as well, since I'm just outside of Pittsburgh. Hope to maybe see some of you guys at the PVGP in July. Thanks again for everyone contributing to such a great site with so many resources.

Hey Tank! Did you order your Mini through Mini of Pittsburgh? If so, how were they to deal with? We've been in contact with someone there and plan on ordering a 2012. Just curious....

I did not get my Mini through Mini of Pittsburgh only because I found it used at another dealership. However, I can tell you two things about MoP. First, I hear good things about their service from people who have purchase or service their cars there. Secondly, I have talked with a couple of the employees at different events, they are involved in a few around the burg, and they are genuine car people who really believe in what they sell. I hope your buying experience is great and I hope you enjoy your new Mini. Did you pick out a model and trim yet?

I actually got a call from my MA in Pittsburgh today. He found me a car!! I really didn't have many needs/wants and I wasn't color specific. It took some work but he managed to find me a car at another dealership and worked a dealer trade. It's awaiting transport and should be here in 3 to 4 weeks.

It's a clear red Countryman All4, black roof, black mirrors with black rims, premium pkg, cold weather pkg, xenon, flat cargo, split rail and all seasons.

My feet haven't touched the ground yet!!

Welcome! Hope to see you at some PittStopMINI events coming up.
June 18th we'll be heading out to a big 200+ car event in Cleveland. It's only about a 3 hour trip and totally worth it. Info here: http://www.meetup.com/motoringtheburgh/events/15696983/

Where outside of Pittsburgh are you from?

Congrats! I have no complaints from my buying experience with MINI of Pittsburgh. They found the car I wanted and weren't pushy at all. They're also very active sponsors of our club and do everything they can to make our events inexpensive and awesome.

Hope to see you at an event this summer! (Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is one you don't want to miss! Saturday July 23rd - Info will be going up on the websites soon.)

Thanks! My MA mentioned the PVGB and it sounds fantastic. Ironically...I'm in Cleveland. Would love to get involved with a club here.
