Pics of my 2 new minis
Finally got around to posting pics of my 2 new minis... My partner bought the hardtop MCS 2 weeks after I bout my MCS Convertible. His is the Mayfair edition, really nice. Both 2010's.

blue on silver is a good combo

Yay for multi-MINI families! Now when your partner isn't looking, you should swap headlights because the blacked out headlights would look sweet on your cabriolet!

looks like a camden with the black lights but mayfair wheels. lol! both nice though.

Oops I meant Camden, not the Mayfair!!! Were really excited. I want to change my wheels (the cabrio).. Have decided on 17" direct swaps, so I domt compromise ride quality. With all the chrome, should I go all chrome wheels, or silver with chrome "lip," or blk with chrome "lip?" ideas and pics ???

both cars look good. as far as wheel choices, have you looked at the Rota RB wheels? that is what i have on my silver MINI and i think they look really good. more aggressive looking than the normal Cooper S wheels but still classic looking and have a nice lip on them.

No decision, I'm a convertible type, always gotta drive one! I traded in my '09 SL 550. So I drive my convertible each day, usually with the top partially back (these high 90's will bake your brain!) and blaring my stereo around town! He drives the hard top as his daily driver, and usually drives when we go to dinner or errands! Their both a lot of fun. I'm leaning towards the silver (with polished lip) classic look of the RB Rota wheels as my first mod.

why from the SL550 to the MINI? Do you miss the get up and go? Or did you not go that fast in the SL?
