GREETING

HI ALL!! NEW TO THE GROUP. JUST COMPLETEING MY FIRST SERVICE ON MY 2006 MINI COOPER. DEALER HAS COMPLETED PRIOR SERVICES. QUESTION. HOW DO YOU RESET THE OIL SERVICE COUNTER?? NOT REAL HAPPY WITH MY DEALER. FOUND MY OIL SUMP PLUG'S HEAD STRIPPED. THOUGHT ONLY NON PROFESSIONASL DID STUFF LIKE THAT. LOVE WHERE THEY PUT THE OIL FILTER. NEXT TIME I PURCHASE A CAR I GUESS THE OIL WILL GET CHANGED PRIOR TO PURCHASE, ONLY TO SEE LOCATIONS AND EASE OF ACCESS, THANKS TO ANY WHO RESPOND

Drain plugs often get stripped because the technicians get lazy and use air tools where they shouldn't.

Btw, are you always yelling?
