After lurking for more than a year and yearning for a MINI forever, I pulled the trigger. Ordered from Amanda at South Bay Mini, She has been awesome so far. Now comes the long wait..... See my sig for the specifics. Hope to see some of you at AMVIV tomorrow. My first AMVIV, yeah.......

 

Congrats cop! I spent all day hmming and hawing before I finally ordered (my dealer is about an hour and a half away). I was there at 9 AM, then went in an ordered at about 4:30 PM. It can be a long wait, but it's worth it! Your MINI sounds sweet--hopefully time will just sail along. Happy Motoring!

I have been waiting for over a year so two months won't kill me. I will use this time to buy mods. Already have a m7 heat shield, whalen shift ****, and Craven Ebrake handle.

My JCW just went into production this week!
The wait kinda sucks, but it will def. be worth it - keep checking the owner's lounge and the 866-ASK-MINI hotline for updates; that seems to help pass the time.

 

Congratulations, Cop! Your car sounds beautiful. I ordered an MC convertible, chile red on 3/3 and now am in production! The wait has been awful but I think I'm a bit less than a month away. Again, congrats!

 

LOL, I was dealing with her yesterday and found her cool too.
