What a great site! I joined the Mini ranks in March '09 when I purchased a gently used 2003 Cooper S and have found this site to be a wealth of info.
I found all the answers to my questions through previous threads so there has not been a need to post - but I figured I would say "Hello!".

My other "car" is a Bike and the Mini is just as much fun (plus I can even bring all three kids!) Too cool. My wife has been wondering why I come home at the end of the day with a big, mischeivous grin on my face.......

I look forward to attending an event someday and meeting some members.
Till then - motor on!

You also have local grps in NC.. there is M2C3 ( my personal favourite ) and of course TarHeels Minis.. each grp has runs and events come find us under club and regional forms, south east! Also there is an upstate minis grp!
