In other news: my MA says car MAY make it by Saturday, most likely Monday or Tuesday. So I think that sales mgr was just covering Cyberg.

 

I think we may be on the same ship, the "sierra nevada highway" which is due in charelston the 17th. I have been waiting for my MA to confirm this. Will let you know when I find out more.

I was thinking about this last night... this past week went by super fast. Those 10 days at sea were a breeze compared to the 5 days waiting to get on a boat.

I've had good luck emailing my MA. I got my final price weeks ago to get my loan started. You should be able to get that from them now.

Everything is moving here now. Got a call from their finance guy that deals with the credit union. He tried to sell me the extended maint service, the extended warranty, etc.... I politely declined.

He's going to fax me the buyer's order tomorrow morning after the credit union gets it. I'm *praying* that they get my car by Saturday. It would make things SO much easier for us.

My MA must think I don't love him......I haven't contacted him since the order was confirmed....June 13th! I don't plan to bother him until a few days after the ships comes in.

 

Oooh... I keep wanting to go on one of those. Parents keep telling me how awesome Royal Caribbean is. And it might keep me from putting so many miles on the MINI...

 

I've got my buyer's order, going to go by the CU tomorrow to try to get the check cut so everything is ready. MA says that if the stars align, I could have it Thursday. But he's thinking Saturday. I'm probably going to end up harassing him daily...

Calling it a night. Hopefully our Minis are at the VDC tomorrow being inspected and shipping out. Not sure how long that process lasts....

Ok, I'm all ready. Got a check in hand from my bank, so whenever I get the call, I'm good to go!

 

Emailed my MA she gave me the figure and said as soon as she know what truck, she will email me Hoping by mid week next week

 

Ok I'm aggrivated with Nashville again.

They messed around all day today and didn't fax my buyer's order to my credit union. They *HAVE* to do this so that they can write up the loan and fedex it to me, so I can sign it and fedex it back... so they can cut a check and fedex it BACK to me. If they don't get on the ball I won't even be able to pick it up early next week.

 

I know where I won't be buying my next MINI or accessories. That's too bad that you're having so much trouble getting through to them.

Sorry to hear about this. Waiting for your car with this added frustration has to be torture.

So far I have had a good experience with roadshow mini in Memphis. My Salesman calls be back within 2 hours no matter what. Will give a followup on the process after I get my car.
