On May 5, 2008, my wife and I placed an ordered for a 2009 JCW and were told it will be a Week 24 production car!!!!

~Can't wait to hear that our car has been scheduled for production. We sold our 2003 MCS in April and miss not having a Minimobile!

Here is the (current) list of options we ordered:

Sign me up too. They originally told me week 23 or 24 and now they have confirmed it will be week 24. I now doubt I will get the car in time to go on vacation with it but thats alright.

Just found out today calling the 1-866-ASK-MINI that my production date is WW24. The Owners Lounge still says on order though. So call the them to find out info ahead of the Lounge

 

I'm in Week 24, too. Seems like an eternity from now.

 

Amungus - thanks for the tip. Called a few minutes ago and learned that our production week was changed from WW24 to WW25!

I was looking for a week 25 group (I just found out my production week today because, well, I just found out about 866-ASK-MINI today despite having ordered 6 weeks ago ), but I seem to be in the miniority here, along with brt356...

Just posting to share my empathy with those who are in Week 24 and let you know that someone's got to wait even longer than y'all!

 

I'll see your order date of 4/27 and raise you with an order date of 3/28!

 

I have been lurking for a few weeks. This site is great. ASK MINI confirms that I got into week 24. It's nice to have some certainty. I began the buying process through carsdirect.com back on March 23. After a few bumps and having to claw my way forward, the car order was put through on May 14.

I'm looking forward to a MCS Clubman. LiB/B/B. Premium, convenience and cold weather. LSD. Blue leather and cloth. Piano black. Sticking with 16 inch wheels for the anticipated cushier ride. I expect handling to be far and away better than my 2000 Civic DX.

Something mysterious pulled me into the Mini dealership and I took a test drive and was hooked. I hardly looked at other cars. I'm told that delivery is likely ot be the end of July here on the west coast. Can't wait.

Second. Experience of late is that the production week confirmation is a little sloppy. I was a confirmed week 23 until I wasn't. As was Mazza. And brt356, the founder of this thread, was a confirmed week 24 until he became a week 25.

So..., Kick back and enjoy the ride, I expect that it will be worth it.

 

Ok so I called ASK-MINI again just now and guess what!! I'm back in Week 23! WOHOOO. It was short and sweet guys I'm off back to the Week 23 thread. OWG, sorry to leave ya buddy!

Been told both weeks 23 AND 24. As in golf, the lower number wins. Keep your fingers crossed for a week 23. Either way, by the time I am off of third shift, my car should be born!

Well into production.

 

Thought I'd jump in and say hello - haven't got a firm date yet but ASK-MINI says I'm scheduled so would hazard a guess I might be Week 24 or 25 (ok, I'm actually just thinking positively here).

Been through this process with our 05 MCS DS/W so know how painful the waiting game is! I think ProfessorZ checked about 10 times a day through that build!

The new one is a MCS LiB/W and I know she'll be coming through the Charleston VDC.
