Yay. I placed my order Monday May 26, just found out I'm scheduled for Production week 24. Let's hope that doesn't get pushed back! I'm hoping for mid-to-late July for delivery. I may not survive that long!

Anyone know about delivery to Texas? Do they ship to CA, process there, then truck them to Texas?

 

I believe that they ship to Charleston SC/Brunswick, GA. Did the dealer give you a vehicle information sheet? If so look in the upper right hand corner - doses it say CHSPOA (Charleston) or SSIPOC, Brunswick, GA?

 

Woo hoo, did just confirm I'm officially slotted in week 24 Had to call twice since the computers were down this morning but it was worth it!

 

I think it could be cool if we all posted up what port our Mini is coming into.

Mine is coming into Charleston.

 

Ours will land in the port of NY then motor on to the Vehicle Production Center in New Jersey.

I just found out that im here with you guys. Ask Mini confirmed that my car started production this morning and should be complete by the 11th of this month. I spoke with the rep for at least fifteen minutes and he was extrememly helpful.

So I'm a week 24 person.

About me: I'm a photographer (www.bumgardnerphoto.com). I work for various newspapers, magazines, and companies. I am coming from a Honda Accord and she is coming from a Chevy Caviler (keeping the accord and selling the Caviler). I think the Accord will be traded in on a MCS later this year. Bought the car from BMW/Mini of Nashville.

I really can not wait to get this car. I called ask mini yesterday and found out that I am still scheduled for week 24. I am hoping to get the car by July 18th, but think that wont happen.

Okay, so i was JUST told my prod# today, and I register on the OL and i see i've got a VIN# already. I called the dealer and he said it's scheduled for production today.

am i supposed to be in Wk 23 or Wk24?

im a little confused since it's been a rather nice week so far.

Thanks for the thought but I think the JCW cars will have their own specific slots just like the other models which means a dealer demo probably bumped my spot.
