I just confirmed that I too am booked on the Boheme. I am keeping my fingers crossed on behalf of those of us with 5/16 built dates that our Minis make it on board. Bon voyage!

 

Just woke up and called Ask Mini: Got a "your vehicle has arrived at port; awaiting vessel; no shipping information is available at this time."

Jumped to turn on the PC and got the following from the WW auto cargo site for the Boheme:
"Status Port Time(dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm) RECEIVED AT TERMINAL SOUTHAMPTON 19/05/2008 03:23 BOOKED SOUTHAMPTON 04/04/2008 14:59"

 

Just checked... Mine is on Boheme too . Actually I have two cars on order due to a better deal at another dealer. They have same specs, but one with LSD and other without and both are sharing the ship . The first one was produced 2 weeks early but was waiting for his twin brother at the port

 

It's Official I'm booked on the Faust...Loaded on vessel this morning at 08:48 20/05/2008! Anyone else on the Faust?

Any other week 20'ers NOT have a ship yet? I feel like I'm in 5th grade gym class and the only one who hasn't been picked yet

 

I was a Week 19'er (MINI completed May 7) and just now found out that I'm on a (untrackable, I think) K-Line ship called "Western Highway". Scheduled to arrive in Charleston May 29-30.

Minikart4me - my GoGreen is on the Courage too. I see that the ship is out of port and on it's way to New York. Can't believe new new girl will be on US soil before the end of the month!! eeeee!

 

MiniNova - I'm in Minnesota. So yes...I'm a moron for checking the Boheme I forgot that those CA ships don't go anywhere near the east coast.

 

So now I'm the only one with no boat to catch?

 

No - my car is there too! I'm still not showing up on the WW site. I need to find a way to get those booking numbers so I can look through all the VINs for the east coast ships. Btw, my completion date was 5/14, so I'm trying not to be so but it's hard.

 

lol, I see we are on the same page, mine was 5/15, at the dealer they told me it takes about a week to go on the boat, so I guess we are alright for now...

 

Weinerdog - try this... for Courage cargo - use booking number GBSOU638642 - it will allow you to browse the VINs on the ship - and select 'printer friendly version' to see the entire list on one HTML page - then query on your VIN. Good luck! maybe someone who is on Boheme can give you booking number for that ship!

 

weinerdog,...sorry,..I thought you were on the west coast. Do you know where your port of entry is? If it's NY then you have the Integrity departing Southampton May 26 and arriving in NY on June 03.

minibeth - no dice on my VIN, but there are 125 or so listed, so more will show? I thought the West Coast ship had over 500. Nice color choice, btw.

josef - I don't know where my port of entry is - I'm thinking it would be NY for a MN-bound vehicle.

How did you know the courage was out of port?

 

I didn't find this until today so I couldn't watch the FAUST in realtime.
But this says it is up to the minute.
