Congrats on the news. My truck is suppose to be in tonight but I will wait for the call to get real excited. Hopefully it will be a good weekend for a first run and not too cold for the first polish.

It is 80s here in Houston... hopefully not too hot/humid to use the Zaino!
I will hopefully get over to the dealer before they close tonight to pick it up, otherwise it may have to (gulp) wait until tomorrow.

well don't know if the truck made it today. MA and Sales manager not too helpful. I am not sure why but maybe I pissed them off? I did ask for a dealers cost discount on a DIY install roof rack and the sales manager said that he would only charge $235 (and not the extra $188 dollars charged when they install). Not sure why they would not throw me a bone since I paid full MRSP. I did find the the rack for $188 at Classic and Moss Mini.

 

Just got home after all the paperwork and a late dinner. The laser blue is a great color! I posted an initial picture in the other week 42 thread, but you can also check out the gallery. More pics with daylight tomorrow!

well i got a call from east bay mini and josh, the man who ordered my mini, not my sales man, called me up asking if i wanted to follow through on the jcw kit. i said of course! he called because i was contemplating on installing it myself or not thats why.

he said its being transported from san diego and that he is gonna order the kit which will arrive by weeks end. so yeap.

thats the latest update!
