just curious to see where everyone is coming from. i'll be driving out from chicago, so if anyone else is from that area and wants to caravan, let me know. the more minis, the better!!

 

I am in Nebraska along I-80 so if you are comming by this way I will tag along. There may be a few here that will also go. I talked to a few of my fellow MINI owners this weekend about it. Also, if you can twist Gabes arm a bit more he will be comming that way. At least he came through there when he purchased his first MINI.

The best way to see where everybody is coming from is to use "Frappr". This cool site shows everybody's location as a pushpin on a Google map specifically for MINIs in the Mountains. You can post your own location, as well as a few photos, etc. It's fun and easy. Just visit the MITM2006 group on Frappr at this link: http://www.frappr.com/mitm2006

If you guys/gals from the North and East are coming across I-70 we'll try to meet up with you around Salina, KS.
We can come up from Oklahoma to I-70 then over to Denver.
If it can work out that'll be great, otherwise we'll see you in the Mountains
At present the plan is to leave Wed. morning whichever way we go. To early to tell for sure.

Hi All! I don't know what # we are but let me tell you, it has to be low. I lived on NAM waiting for the registrations to open. Silver Eagle and I (Mini Grani), will be coming from Tulsa, OK. Son Jon will be coming also in his MINI.
We plan to leave here on the Saturday before the MTM. Think we aren't excited?

Nancy and I will be coming up from Santa Fe, NM. An easy day drive. Hopefully others from New Mexico will be signing up soon . . . or at least by manana.

 

Yes I am also hoping others from California or maybe Oregon will be signing up. will be a long drive by myself, I am planning on making it a 2 day drive, When I figure out where half way is.

 

The (BLUCOOPR) will be departing with (COOPR2NV) from Charlotte North Carolina and hope to arrive thursday, may also have more MINIs but they have not committed yet!!

Hi Guys,

I will be driving from Tucson ,AZ. Hopefully the weaher will be cooler in Cooper Mtn so, I can cruise with the top down on my new Hot Orange mini convertible

 

Coming in from Dallas. Planning on going up through Amarillo and Raton NM and then up 25 to Denver I think. The drive up I-35 and then over I-70 is quicker, but BOOOORRRINNG!

 

I will be coming from Indiana!! Probably with a stop in St.Louis!

 

The BLUCOOPER and I will be motoring in from Charlotte NC. we are planning on being somewhere in Kansas by late wednesday, and be in copper by thursday afternoon.

 

I'm coming from Salt Lake, but I have to go south through I-70. If any of you So Cal or Las Vegas people want to meet where UT hwy 6 and 70 meet, let me know. Also, anyone coming from No Cal that are coming through I-80 can meet us UT folk for the whole drive out. Not sure how many we have coming from our MiniUtah group yet. Still should be a lot of fun though.

You bet Sandie. We should have a place and time all set up, once of course it gets a bit closer and all. I'm having trouble getting solid commitments out of our Utah club, but it's still over a month away. We'll have to see what our total head count is.

 

I'm driving from Lincoln, Ne. Only about 9 hours to get there. So Zyamfier, I'll be driving by you in Minden also. So we should all try to hook up and create a MINIvoy, or something. Could be interesting. Too bad I-80 wasn't more interesting to drive.

Oh yeah any Nebraska MINI's want to join and help start a club over by Lincoln and Omaha and Grand Island just PM me or something so we can welcome the new MINI dealership in Omaha.
